A monarch butterfly is laser engraved onto the top of this small natural mahogany box. This tiny handmade box is perfect for small keepsakes or treasures. They are also very popular as a gift.

4.0" x 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" ( approx. exterior dimensions )

3.5" x 1 3/8" x 3/4 " depth ( approx. interior dimensions )

The box is engraved before the finish is applied so that the box is totally sealed, The lints of light you see in the photos are not visible in person.

Box is lined with wine rayon flocking to compliment the warm mahogany .

Brass hinges.

As usual, undercoats are polyurethane with seal and finish coats being tung oil. Many coats are required to produce this finish on our boxes.
