This inlay pattern was a must for us "dog people" boxmakers.
The box body is Cherry and the inlay is Purple Heart. Purple heart, a very very dense hardwood from Central and South America which is a member of the bean family like our locust trees.
Box is lined with wine rayon flocking to compliment the warm natural cherry.
6.0" x 2 7/8" x 1 5/8" ( exterior dimensions )
5.25" x 2.35" x 1.1" ( interior dimensions )
Brass hinges.
As usual, undercoats are polyurethane with seal and finish coats being tung oil.
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. 2-3 day delivery to most of the USA.
We utilize as much recycled or re-purposed material as possible when packing your order for safe shipment.
