When I first opened the box and unwrapped my box all I could do was smile. It is PERFECT. I ordered a box that couldn't be engraved because I can't read I guess and I felt horrible , but Deb contacted me as soon as this happened and offered a bunch of solutions. She ended up refunding me for the box that couldn't be engraved and I ordered another one. She refunded it immediately and was such a sweetheart! Not to mention all the love that was put into it!

This is may be the most beautiful (and well made!) wooden box I've ever seen! It's a special box for a special treasure, and I'm so glad I chose it. I can't recommend BurlWoodBoxes highly enough!
