Handmade small, well tiny, wood box of mahogany with an inlaid curly maple heart by BurlWoodBox.

This small wooden box is great as a gift presentation box, storage for a special keepsake or treasure. It will also hold a small box of matches, just the right size.
What is up with this very small box ? Well, once again, it is a box created and then re-ordered numerous times by one of our long time customers. We decided to take a few with us to an art fair AND amazingly you liked them too ! So we decided to place some in our Etsy shop also.
A small Curly Maple heart is inlaid into a tiny box made of mahogany.

This little one makes a great gift for the grandchildren....or so we hear from art fair patrons :)
Box is lined with wine rayon flocking to compliment the mahogany.
Brass hinges.
As usual, undercoats are polyurethane with seal and finish coats being tung oil. Many coats are required to produce this finish on our boxes.
Shipping is via USPS First Class Package with 1-4 day delivery to most of the USA..
We utilize as much recycled and re-purposed material when packing your order for safe shipment.
